I suspect that Apple no longer will support Accessibility programming outside one's own application for security reasons, unless this they have created a bug in the new OS. The first developer beta of macOS Big Sur 11.6.7 is now available for developers. The MacOS 11.5.2 update weighs in around a hefty 2.54gb, but has extraordinarily brief release notes which do not seem to indicate anything beyond that the update includes bug fixes for your Mac.
